1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Reset Pack and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Product Description

Reset Pack provides customizable, printable planner pages in PDF format. You select your pages, choose a theme (Minimal, Cozy, or Fun), and color mode (Black & White or Color). We generate a custom PDF pack for you to download.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is displayed during the checkout process
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment:

• You'll receive an email with your download link
• Your download link is valid for 90 days
• You can download your pack as many times as you need within that period
• After 90 days, the link expires and we cannot regenerate it

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once you've received your download link.

However, if you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong pages, etc.), please contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a Reset Pack, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to:

• Print the PDFs for your personal use as many times as you like
• Use the pages in your personal planner or journal

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF files
• Use the pages for commercial purposes
• Claim the designs as your own
• Modify and resell the pages

7. Intellectual Property

All planner designs, graphics, and content are owned by Reset Pack and are protected by copyright law. Purchase grants you a personal license only (see Section 6).

8. Limitation of Liability

Reset Pack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to printing costs, lost data, or business interruption.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our service
• Use our service for illegal purposes
• Abuse our customer support or payment systems

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved in [Your Jurisdiction].
